INNER-AND-OUTER-CHILD-MEDITATION

Breathe slowly and relaxedly all the way down to Your belly! Slowly! Relaxed!
Now imagine Yourself sitting at a place that is Your favouriteplace. You feel so safe here! This is really a place You love.

Just sit!
Just be! 

Suddenly sitting here You hear a little tip-tip-toeing. And Youf feel, You sense, with every cell of Your beeing - it´s Your inner child coming to You!
Oh! She/ he is SO beautiful, so delicate, so alive! She/ he comes all the way up to You! Your heart is flowing over of LOVE and tenderness. You take the little hand of Your inner child. It´s so warm! It´s so small! It´s so delicate!
Your inner child wants to sit on Your lapse. The feeling is incrediable! You look into each others eyes. It´s so touching. It´s a deeper beauty than You ever knew before. The LOVE between You is beyond words. Looking into Your inner childs eyes You see the universe. And you say: "I love You more than words can express.I will never, ever leave You."

And suddenly the small one moves differently, a small impatience is in her/ him. And she/ he says : -"I love You too, but I don´t have the time for You now. I want to play"! And away she/ he runs. And inside You are thankfullness, the deep knowing that the two of You are connected by heart forever.

Again there is a tip-tip-toeing. A different one. And here, up to You comes the children who wants to be born by You, or was born by You, or wants a long-lasting deep and close relationship to You. It´s maybee not one but some children. Look at them. Your heart is filled with love and flowers and JOY when You see them. Each one is SO beautiful, so pure, so innocent! They are so wunderful little beeings! Now they all wants to be close to You. They are climbing on You! And one is sitting on Your shoulders! What a love! What a JOY! What a one-ness! And now they start to move differently. A bit of impatience is there. You meet each ones eyes and say with flowers in Your heart: -"I love You more than words can say." And with one voice they answer: "We love You too. But we don´t have the time for You now. We want to play!" And away they runs. How wunderful just to see the way they moves. And to feel Your own love for them filling up every cell of Your beeing.

And again there is a sound. It´s a different sound. What is this? It takes a bit of time to understand it. Aha! Suddenly You know! It´s the sound of the children of the world, of every child, from all over the planet. Yes! You are connected in this magic moment to every child on earth. Some of them have extremely difficult situations. Some have easy and truly very beautiful lives! And now, one child comes up to You! She/ he speaks to You; -"I´m a representant for all the children in the world. I now want You to be an Ambassadoer for us, for us all the children in the world. And the way to be this ambassadoer is to spend a minute, two minutes, a short while, every day in deep meditation, connection, prayer for us. We love You so much. We ask You to give us this."

 

And You answer: -"Yes! I´m touched, I´m honoured beyond words. With love and with bowing to the holyness of each one of You I will be this Ambassadoer, from this very moment!" And looking into this childs eyes there is the heaven, the earth, the universe....so beautiful!! 

And the child now moves differently. You can only laugh and say: "I love You more than words can say." And the child says: "I love You too. But I don´t have the time for You now. I want to play!" And away they all runs! Divine little beeings. Every child on earth! 

And again there is a little tip-tip-toeing! And immediatly You know; This is the tip-tip-toeing of Your own inner child. Welcome! Welcome! Dearly, dearly beloved You, who are ME! And Your inner child wants you to dance with her/ him. You dance, holding each others hands. And this dance is so magic and beautiful. In this magic dancing You suddenly see crystal-clear pictures of how You grow as a grown-up, beautifully into maturity, a balanced and joyful responsibility, creativity. You see how Your grown-up life becomes more great and wunderful every day! AND You see how You in deep love, balance, JOY and warmth, every day send love, give spiritual and emotional nourishment to Your iner child.

This dance is blessed! You are laughing, hugging, dancing! Your inner is a sun of love and light and calmness! Thank You inner child! Thank you me! We are ONE!

Breathe deeply into Your belly. At Your own pace, with great sensitivity, return to the here and now!
